Just when I thought that carbs make us fat but I guess it proves me wrong. There are carbs out the there that will make us loss weight. Instead of eating too much bread why not try these recommended carbs from this article.

1/2 cup cooked pearl barley: 97 calories, 22g carbs, 3g fiber
